Dwight Robinson is a native Californian and has lived in southern California for more than 20 years. Dwight and his wife moved to Lake Forest 4 years ago, seeing this beautiful city as a place where they could start and raise a family. As a husband, father, and homeowner, he has enjoyed living in Lake Forest and now hopes to give back and make it an even better place for all of us.

Soon after moving to Lake Forest, Dwight became involved in the community in many facets. As a volunteer for Mother's Against Drunk Driving and Friends of the El Toro Library, Dwight is committed to ensuring public safety and superior community services for all citizens. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Lake Forest and is often seen on weekends helping with various service projects.

Professionally, Dwight's experience spans the public and private sector. He has served as an aide to politicians at the local, regional, and national levels. More recently he has worked in the corporate arena where he has held managerial positions in the areas of media relations, public affairs, project management and financial analysis. Currently Dwight owns a boutique Public Relations firm in Lake Forest, operates BuyInLakeForest.net (a website which promotes local businesses), and is the co-owner of Home Mailers, a direct mail company also based in Lake Forest.

Dwight and his wife are the proud parents of a nine-month old baby girl. As he views the future through his daughter, Dwight knows that Lake Forest needs capable leadership at City Hall to ensure that our children grow up in a safe and secure environment. He looks forward to the opportunity to represent the citizens of Lake Forest.
