Law Enforcement I believe that it is not enough to simply create new laws that pretend to fight crime. We must actively enforce the laws we already have. We must increase our efforts to fight gang terrorism in our city. We need to encourage more participation in Neighborhood Watch Programs.

Youth Programs I believe that we must find the money to continue and expand youth programs that help keep our kids safe and off the streets. An important part of fighting gang violence is providing programs for our youth that provide positive opportunities for the use of their time.

Clean Up Garden Grove I believe we can do more to improve the appearance of our City. We need to improve our code enforcement and make the owners of vacant lots and businesses keep their properties clean. We need to do a better job of promoting city programs like "Graffiti Out" and improve our city image. This is a great community service project and should be more actively promoted.
