With a strong commitment to serving the community in which I live and work, I have been involved in local public office since moving to Mission Viejo, and base my environmental consulting business here. I am a Board member of the Orange County Water Association, and actively involved in the South Orange County Chambers of Commerce, American Planning Association and the Association of Environmental Professionals. I have been involved in environmental planning as a member of academic, public and private sectors for over 20 years. My occupation demands that I stay abreast of environmental regulations, and keep in constant contact with planners and public officials throughout Orange County. My commitment and tenure as public official ensures that I am able to plan and implement sound environmental, water and government policy.

With change all around us, our community needs the assurance that our water supplies are safe, reliable and affordable. Our community needs leaders who have a demonstrated commitment to serving the public, have a strong sense of responsibility for protection of the environment, and a vision to plan for the future. I have demonstrated my commitment as Director for six years, and have the credentials as an environmental planner to continue to meet the planning and environmental imperatives of the District.
