Review of specific needs in city for relief of traffic conditions, and street repairs, parking and curb markings.Traffic congestion in high usage areas and intersections. Street repair of "pot-holes", repainting of curb markings. Determination of where traffic signals are most needed. Controlling speed of thru traffic by speed bumps where needed. Cleaning of, and providing full access to alleys and thoroughfares to increase safety and alleviate congestion problems. |
