Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Eleazar Elizondo

Candidate for
Council Member; City of Santa Ana; Ward 6

This information is provided by the candidate

Dear Neighbor,

Santa Ana has been my hometown for over 25 years. From Franklin Elementary to Mater Dei High School and all the pools, parks and baseball diamonds in between, Santa Ana was a great place to grow up.

I am running for City Council because our community, and its working families, need and deserve after-school programs to reduce crime, improve the academic achievement of our children and provide much needed day-care for our families. Law enforcement agrees with the value of after-school programs: that is why I have been endorsed by The National Latino Peace Officers Association.

Furthermore, I will revitalize Santa Ana's neighborhoods by increasing home ownership, improving public health and increasing resident participation in government.

I have the experience and education to ensure City Hall works for you, my neighbors. I am a graduate of Mater Dei High School, Chapman University and I earned my M.A. in political science from CSU-Fullerton. I have worked for a U.S. Senator, a State Senator and Assemblymember Lou Correa. I have served our community as a teacher, coach, volunteer, mentor and Chair of the Santa Ana Housing and Redevelopment Commission.

Please vote Eleazar Elizondo, Ward 6. Feel free to contact me at 714.754.0134 or elizondo2002@eleazarelizondo.com.
