These past years we've experienced significant innovation and increased efficiencies at Irvine Ranch Water District. I pledge to build upon these successes, ensuring that our families and businesses continue to receive high-quality water at the lowest possible cost. To do that, I believe we must develop and protect our groundwater resources; make fiscal responsibility a guide in decision making; and recognize that a safe, reliable water supply and prudent environmental stewardship are critical to our continued prosperity.
