Responsible Leadership

By John Beauman

Candidate for Council Member; City of Brea

This information is provided by the candidate
Leadership comes naturally to Brea Councilmember John Beauman.
Following his unanimous appointment to the City Council last November, John Beauman has been described as a "quick study". His increasing stature in office is reflective of his position as Director of Engineering for a Fortune 500 company, where the safety of the flying public depends on responsible, fact-based decisions, rather than "quick fixes." Being awarded "Supplier of the Year," by a major aircraft manufacturer, demonstrates John's commitment to excellence.

Councilman Beauman's sense of ethics is governed by his personal faith. His willingness to do his homework, and ask pertinent questions of staff and developers alike provides a solid foundation when dealing with the critical issues facing Brea.

John's responsible "common sense" leadership style, and his previous service on the Brea General Plan Advisory Committee, has won him the confidence of his colleagues and community leaders alike.

Please join Congressmen Ed Royce and Gary Miller, Senator Richard Ackerman, Assemblywoman Lynn Daucher, Mayor Marty Simonoff, Mayor Pro Tem Bev Perry, the Brea Police Association, Pastor David Rader, Reverend Loren Wood, Former Mayors Don Fox and Glenn Parker, Parks Commissioner Lisa Cabraloff, former Parks Commissioners Claire Schlotterbeck & Dick Creagh, and numerous others to elect John Beauman to a full four-year term on the Brea City Council.
