Accomplishments within the County of Monterey and Memberships

As Economic Development Director for the County of Monterey, Community Services Agency, I Implemented and developed the following projects:

Expansion of Water System and Construction of Fire Station in Chualar.

Expansion of Water System and Housing Rehabilitation in Castroville.

Expansion of Water System and Housing Rehabilitation in San Lucas.

Prepared the Overall Economic Development Plan for the County of Monterey each year for seven years.

While employed with CHISPA, Developed a senior housing project in the City of Monterey.

Founder and former Chairman/employee of CHISPA Housing.

Former Vice-President of the Monterey County Fair Board of Directors.

Former Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing Authority of The City of Soledad.

Member Soledad Mission Chamber of Commerce.

Former member of King City Rotary Club.

Former President League of United Latin American Citizens.

Presently member to Parent Teachers Association.
