Affordabe Housing Solutions
Build new or rehabilitate existing housing units on Fort Ord and have the local jurisdictions retain ownership. Either sell the units using the CSUMB model or lease them using the Preston Park model. In both cases the units can remain permanently affordable and provide substantial income to the local jurisdictions.

I want to help you as voters make an intelligent choice by clearly telling you who I am and where I stand on the issues. And I challenge all the other candidates to do the same. I don't think you should make voting decisions based on lawn signs.
