As City Council member, my objective would be to provide guidance on the development of programs and policies that promote business and economic development while enhancing our current assets and preserving existing businesses.
One of my goals is to assist with education and training programs that provide skilled employees to the Salinas businesses and industries. One of my priorities is to promote the development of programs that support retention, growth and expansion.

An objective as council member would be to identify policies that will support business development. Identification of new workforce training programs that will ensure a skilled labor force that meets the needs of existing and new businesses.
