Serving the population of the West Kern Water DistrictIt is my opinion that each citizen should find a place of service in the community . I have live in Taft for 24 years and have been active in many levels of organizations to help make Taft and the surrounding area a better place to live. Presently, I have opportunity to continue this service on the Board of Directors of the West Kern Water District.
I am a home owner, a Teacher and a Pastor.I have been married for 22 years to Carol and we have 8 beautiful children. I am very interested in seeing Taft grow responsibly, with new homes as well as new businesses. I am also a conservationist and believe that we need to take care of our natural resources. I have been involved in budgeting, planning and managing of resources as well as overseeing the welfare of people. I KNOW the people of Taft and they trust me to put their welfare above all. That is my pledge to you also!
