  • For the past two years I have served as El Dorado County Superior Court Referee hearing thousands of criminal and civil cases.
  • Since 1999 I have been appointed as a full time temporary judge.
  • As an attorney for over 30 years I have tried civil, criminal, juvenile delinquincy and dependency, and family law cases.
  • I have filed more than 900 civil lawsuits, tried more than 300 criminal and civil cases to jury verdict/and or judgment in all areas of the law.
  • I was the attorney for the El Dorado County Grand Jury in 1994/95. I have had more than 50 matters before the appellate courts and Supreme Court.
  • I have been appointed by the judges of this county in over 75 complex cases.
