My Community Priorities:

  • Public Safety. Better communication with our neighborhoods and police department. I would implement a process to encourage more communication with neighorhood groups and residents to address crime prevention, safe passages to schools and safe streets.

  • Affordable Housing. I will work to provide more affordable housing for San Pablo residents and first time homebuyers. We need more outreach to neighborhoods and small businesses about rehabilitation loans, paint rebates and community clean-up programs.

  • Youth Services. Our youth deserve their own cener. I will work to have youth become more engaged in planning the future of our city.

  • Economic Development. Businesses should pay a living wage to support working families and encourage economic development in our city. The city should assist small businesses in developing financial plans for long-term sustainability.
