Questions & Answers

1. Do you favor additional housing for low and very low income residents, and, if yes, what specific steps would you take to expedite and fund such housing?

Yes, I favor housing for low and very low income residents. Berkeley has a Housing Trust Fund which subsidizes non-profit housing development for such purposes. The problem in BErkeley is that we have a very vocal populace which obstructs housing projects. If elected, I will commit to supporting housing for low income residents. We cannot allow a few loud and active people prevent these projects from happening.
