As a long term resident of the Tri-City area, I believe that I can positively contribute and provide leadership to the Water board. I would also serve as an important liaison between San Francisco, the Owner of Hetch Hetchy System that supplies 30% of our water and the Alameda County water District for upcoming issues regarding seismic retrofit of this system. In addition, I will ensure that safe, reliable and high quality water is delivered to the Tri-City residents while keeping the water rates minimum.

Water is a god given gift and a precious resource. It must be used wisely.
