  • Bart reconsider holding 400 acres of prime urban land for private car storage off tax rolls on cities' abilities to meet housing needs.
  • Restructure the regional mpo/MTC to prime plan integrated rail systems, incl. rail hub at Union City:Southbay Trolley Electric, ACE, Capitols, & Bart.
