Richard Frankhuizen was born in California after his parents immigrated from Holland. He is a well-rounded individual both personally and professionally. Powered with and Engineering degree the California Maritime Academy and an MBA from Golden Gate University, Richard has the educational background to troubleshoot all variety of issues confronting Sacramento today. His diverse occupational experiences from the shop floor to corporate America and abroad enable him with an ability to relate to Americans in all walks of life. Richard has a reputation of consistently producing results and making things happen. Coupled with hands-on experience, Richard's perspective qualifies him as the right representative to ensure a thriving economy for California's future. Dedicated to bi-partisanship, Richard's cooperative attitude will not allow party politics to hinder progress for Sacramento's Next Generation.
