Byron's Job Creation Proposals:
  • Turn the Old A.V. Fairgrounds & Empty Large Stores, or Buildings into Sound & Movie Studios.
  • Turn Palmdale Airport & George A.F.B. into International Cargo & Passenger Airports.
  • Widen the 14 , 138, and 15 Freeways & add non-stop multi-passenger lanes.
  • Build Hospitals,Clinics & Veteran's Home/Hospital/& Cemetary.
  • Offer Tax incentives to businesses to hire additional employees or improve equipment & machinery.
  • Build State-wide high speed rail system.
  • Build Community Centers and Business Incubator sites in Rural Areas & Townships.

Byron's Proposals for Education Improvement:
  • Build more schools, renovate and upgrade present schools, and lower class sizes.
  • Build 4-Year Universities in the Antelope and Victor Valleys.
  • Raise Teacher and Staff Pay to Retain and Recruit because All Our Children deserve the best!

Byron's Proposals for Health Care Improvement:
  • Offer State Grants for Senior Prescriptions, H.M.O. Plans, and Home Care.
  • Offer Low-Cost State Health Insurance to all workers through private agents.
  • Offer tax-subsidies and grants for 24 hour Emergency Services and rural medical clinics.
  • Support & expand the County Hospital Systems with local clinics.
  • Build Veteran's Retirement Homes, Hospitals, and Cemeteries.

Byron's Proposals For Civil Rights:
  • Enforce equal justice under the law instead of special treatment for the Rich or Famous and a second-class treatment for the rest of us.
  • Offer tax-incentives for including all ethnic, religious, or social groups in employment, education, housing, government, and social groups.
  • Stop hate-crimes against religious, ethnic, or sexual orientation by Special Law Enforcement Teams with members of the affected groups.
