LCDR United States Coast Guard Reserve (R). Served in New Orleans La. Experience includes international law (search and seizure on the high seas), environmental law, vessel safety, search and rescue. Wrote first port of San Diego security plan. Commanding Officer of Patrol Boat Squadron.
