In order to stop seawater intrusion and provide a safe, reliable and diversified water supply, shall Ordinance 2002-01 of the Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency be adopted, authorizing an increase in the augmentation charge to no more than that allowed by state law, to implement water supply projects, including local, recycled or imported water, as adopted by the Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency Board of Directors?
