I Believe

I believe that our best days are yet to come! Let's unite and work together to make this a reality!
I believe that the government works best when it stays out of the way of each individual's right to succeed or fail.

I believe that the people know how to spend their money better than the government does.

I believe that reasonable tax cuts are good -- after all, it's not the government's money -- it's yours!

I agree with the founding fathers when they said in the United States Declaration of Independence, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men..." Therefore I am pro-life and a strong supporter of equal opportunity for both sexes, and for all races and religions.

I believe in the Jefferson's original definition of "separation of church and state". The government has no right to tell any church or other religious group what they can or cannot do. This is also plainly stated in the first article of the Bill of Rights.

I believe that the best government rules from the bottom up, not the top down. Local people know what's best for their community.

I believe that our best days are yet to come! Let's unite and work together to make this a reality!
