My name is TERESE S. OLIVER and I am running as a WRITE-IN candidate against Judge Ronald Kline for judicial seat #21. As I am sure you are all aware Judge Kline has been arrested for possession of child pornography and child molest. We must NOT RE-ELECT this man .

QUALIFICATIONS

I have been a prosecutor for the last 17 years, spending every day of the last 19 years inside the courtroom. I have tried over 132 jury trials and handled countless motions. I have taken to trial many types of cases. Drunk Drivers, Domestic Violence Offenders, Assault and Battery and Grand and Petty Theft are among a few types of cases along with a variety of Drug offenses.

During the last 17 years I have also volunteered my time to sit as a Small Claims Judge in the Municipal Court and now Superior Court. I have also sat as a Judge Pro-tem in Los Angeles County hearing traffic trials. I am a member of the bar here in California and in the State of Georgia. I was a Public Defender for the County of Riverside for two years and I was in private practice for 4 years before that.

I am currently the President of the American Association of University Women(AAUW) Tustin Branch and they have just asked me to be President again next year. I am also on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Women Lawyers (OCWLA) and I am on the Board of Directors of the Santa Ana Zoo (FOSAZ) I belong to the Orange County Bar Association, the Saint Thomas Moore Society and the Celtic Bar Association.

I am married and have two children 5 & 8.
