Born in Los Angeles, raised in San Francisco and a 12 year resident of Hayward, The 48 year old Treskunoff and his wife Sandra(Finance Director of East Palo Alto), live on Southwick Drive in the Jackson Triangle area.

Treskunoff graduated from George Washington High School in San Francisco in 1971.

He studied Government at New Mexico State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 1977.

He held positions in public administration in El Paso,TX, Phoenix,AZ and San Diego,CA before moving to Hayward in 1990.

In Hayward he serves our community as an appointed member of the city's Citizens Advisory Commission.
