Have attended many seminars and workshops concerning OSHA, ADA, Public Records Management, Fair Labor Standards Act, Safety Committees, Ohio Ethics Law, Main Street Program, Workers' Compensation, Emergency Management, Environmental, Land Management Planning and other various interests. During ownership of Jackman-Kercheval Funeral Home, attended many seminars concerning operation of small business, personal attention to client issues and satisfaction, confidential handling of personal matters concerning clients and other interests involved with the funeral profession.
