Married 21 years to Stan Grueninger, 3 step children (Holly, Todd & Spencer Grueninger). Have custody and raising step-grandaughter, Sara Grueninger, for past 9 years. Lived in Glendale for 19 years. Appointed to Council in 1999 to complete Mayor Todd's term. Served as Chair of Fire Committee. Responsible for leading purchase of replacement fire truck (previous one was 20 years old), Chair of Laws, Claims & Miscellaneous Committee, have perfect attendance past 3 years for Planning Commission and Council meetings. Sub-Committee chair of Historic District and Over-Development/Greenspace Committee for updating the Long Range Comprehensive Plan for past two years. Was past president of Millcreek Valley HfH and built 11 homes, one in Glendale. Past president of Glendale Chamber of Commerce, Woodlawn Chamber of Commerce, Non-Traditional Students in Business, UC. Approved by General Motors as dealer successor to husband for Grueninger Oldsmobile. Served on Oldsmobile's National Committee for marketing to women (W.O.M.A.N.), general manager of Grueninger Oldsmobile, currently returning for licensure and masters degree for special education.
