Questions & Answers

1. How would you implement your top priority?

My three priorities are intertwined and one shouldn't focus on a specific area in isolation at the expense of the others. For the Madeira School District to keep it's highly recognized state standing, and remain committed to excellence, we must continue working our current objectives. Each objective has specific goals, strategies, and measures to stay on task. In addition, we live with a state funding process that has been ruled unconstitutional by the courts. We will continue to work our legislative (funding) issue at the State level by banding together with other local Boards of Education in our region, in particular, the State's constant overlay of underfunded mandates.
