Served on a committee to rewrite social studies curriculum.

Developed and implemented "Team Intervention Checklist" used by teachers and principals.

Initiated a before-school basketball league for staff members which improved the staff morale.

Facilitated the implementation of the National Junior Honor Society at Princeton Junior High.

Implemented a Brotherhood Basketball game between staff and students.

Selected to committee of the Terry A. Steele Award, a highly prestigious award presented to the most outstanding 7th and 8th grade students in honor of a former principal.
