1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Stephen E. "Groats" Grote:

The TIF revenues can be used for almost any valid expense with the sole exception of personnel. Thus, roads, service trucks, fire equipment and ambulances all can be funded immediately as needed. Additionallly, TIF revenues can also be pledged for long term bond financing just like Delhi Township recently proposed.

Since the TIFrevenues will soon exceed $3,000,000 annually, why aren't the current Trustees being honest with the public regarding the proposed renewals of the tax levies currenly on the ballot ? If renewed, those levies will generate less than $800,000 annually. These levy renewals are simply not currently needed and are in excess of current township needs.

That is why I am advising voters to reject both tax levies this fall.

Answer from Tom Pfahler:

Protection of homeowner property rights by re-establishment of township zoning jusrisdiction & autonomy...(Home Rule Principle).
