1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Gary W. Storer:

Crosby Township has a balanced zoning plan which emphasizes residential. I will keep the rural character of this community. That's why Barb and I chose to raise our family here. I will continue to enforce our local zoning laws with scheduled revisions. The Cross County Connector will disrupt our local zoning. The comprehensive zoning plan will further discourage greedy developers. I will bring the needed strength to the board when dealing with tough issues. Endorsements: Concerned Citizens of Western Hamilton County

Answer from Melba Guard:

I choose to base decisions on facts, not opinions. To find facts, I will research issues and go to appropriate sources for answers. I will also base decisions on time-tested principles. I will try to always conduct myself in a professional manner.

Answer from L. Jane Harper:

By continuing to uphold our strong zoning resolution that was designed to protect our citizens and their homes. Zoning requirements should not be changed at the whim of a developer. With careful planning and land use we can grow in a "smart growth" pattern.
