1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Jenny Pansing:

Ensure we have strong educational leaders in Princeton who set high expectations for all students, and who enable staff to help the students meet those goals. Analyze what teaching methods and programs are working, and continue to support those that are effective.

Answer from Robert P. "Bob" Rolfes:

Returning Princeton to the high recognition academically we once had is a task that will involve the entire staff of Princeton, the students and the community at large focusing on the parents of our students. The staff and especially our teachers are the first area to address. We must increase the morale of each by giving them more autonomy in their teaching and listening to their ideas and suggestions. Before we can raise the morale of our students we must involve the community and especially the parents of our students. The idea "education starts at home" should not be a concept but a reality. Our childrens first learning experiences and learning habits are learned by age 5. I wish to form a coalition of parents and princeton as "Partners in Education". Education of our children is the top priority of Princeton. With the reinforcement of education coming from both the school level and home environment our students will raise their standards from that of merely passing to excelling in their educaional process.
