1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from James Patrick Kenney:

The Municipal Court serves an important function in safeguarding the community by a fair determination of matters before the Court and fashioning sentences to protect the community. I have served this function and will continue to do so by providing a courtroom in which all parties, including attorneys, prosecutors, victims and police are encouraged to give the Court their input and each is seriously considered in making a determination.
