1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Stephen K. "Steve" Shaw:

Madeira needs to work with existing businesses to identify and implement a strategy to attract additional retail businesses to our downtown area. We need to improve the appearance of the areas zoned for light manufacturing and office and encourage the existing businesses to improve their properties as we have done in the Central Business District.
