1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Elaine Mooney:

I would support public safety, community development, and economic development by continuing to solicit information from the department heads and committee chairs on these issues. I will continue to support Ordinances and Resolutions that support these priorities. 1) Public Safety, in wake of the national tragedy, is first and formost in our minds and should be considered a top priority. 2) Community Development and a central location for the community to share in various activities (i.e. excercising, mental empowerment) is my second priority. A community center is a way to keep the community active and interactive with one another. 3) Economic Development of my community is quite necessary and should be given top priority as well. The more we build Forest Park, the better we become!

Answer from Stephanie Dumas:

Continue to provide the necessary funding for adequate police and fire staffing. Involve citizens in our citizen police and fire academy. City government needs to be open to residents that have concerns/complaints Maintain a beautiful community that has programs and activities that people want to be part of
