1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Courtis Fuller:

Upon taking office on December 1, 2001, I will immediately begin work on passing several proposals that speak to our entire city's growth in one voice. At a time that we need bold, decisive action, I have developed a detailed Vision for Cincinnati Agenda for overcoming our current challenges and restoring hope to ur great city. My policies will be based on principles of stewardship. My office will be open and accountable to all citizens.

Answer from Charlie Luken:

We will reinforce programs such as our Neighborhood Officers and Citizens on Patrol. We must market the current community-police programs and make them more available to the people they are targeted to serve.

We should offer incentives to police officers who choose to live in the city, especially in the neighborhood they patrol. Further, our citizens must work with the police in solving crimes and keeping neighborhoods safe and clean.
