1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Charlie Norman:

The City of Cheviot is very centrally located and has a wealth of potential. This potential has yet to be tapped. I would like to see more done to improve the appearance of the district. Gas lights and trees along the business district would be great enhancements. I would also like to see the city examine the possibility of removing some parking meters to help negate the lack of parking. We have to explore ways to attract stable, growing business to the city while at the same time keeping the successful businesses that are already located in Cheviot.
