1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Rick Bryan:

Blue Ash is fortunate to have a strong tax base which allows us to provide excellent services to our full time and daytime residents. Blue Ash has been recognized as an excellent community in which to live in both editions of the book "50 Great Places to Live".

To continue in this enviable position, we need to maintain the right balances of services and support to local businesses which suppport our tax revenue base, while investing in superior services for our full time residents.
