Information shown below:

An additional tax for the benefit of Fairfax/Madison Place Joint Fire & Rescue District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding two and five-tenths (2.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.
