An additional tax for the benefit of Finneytown Local School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding seven and ninety-five hundredths (7.95) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to seventy-nine and five-tenths cents ($0.795) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.
