Information shown below:

A replacement of 4.5 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 3.5 mills, to constitute a tax for the benefit of Springfield Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding eight (8) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to eighty cents ($0.80) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.
