Information shown below:

A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the City of Silverton, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five (5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty cents ($0.50) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for four (4) years, commencing in 2001, first due in calendar year 2002.

Replacment is chaning from 2 to 4 year. No increase in rate, but real costs will go up becasue of reassessment.
