It is Nancy's belief that we as parents and citizens can help the teachers better prepare the students of the 21st century to be the productive and moral community members who will be our leaders one day. We, as concerned adults, must become involved in the education of our youth, whether they are our own children, our grandchidren, or the kid next door. Every student needs a role model who lives out the character qualities we so much want them to display. By becoming a mentor to a young person, we can help them to become successful in their education and consequently in their life. We have all been blessed with certain gifts that we need to pass on; get involved, share the wealth of your knowledge and your experience; be a friend to our students.
