- Over 10 years experience in dealing with OID, MID, Hetch Hetchy, environmental, water, & electrical power issues.

- Long-term preservation of OID's water rights must be assured.
- Following best business practices, managing OID in a professional manner.
- Annexation of new ag lands when current irrigated land is developed into residential or other uses.
