1987 - 1990 U.S. Navy, Western Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command, San Bruno, CA

Mechanical Engineer

  • Prepared designs of naval facilities, administered construction contracts, analyzed contract claims, negotiated contract disputes.

  • Provided construction management on construction contracts ranging in value of $500,000 to $20 million.

1990-1998 U.S. Department of Agriculture, Albany, CA
Facilities Manager/Engineer

  • Managed a multi-year, multi-million dollar renovation project to renovate a federal laboratory facility.

  • Provided design and construction management support.

  • Performed long-term facility planning via a 10 year facility plan.

1998-Present City/County of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA
Mechanical Engineer

  • Prepare contracts for construction and design services related to Water Department and Wastewater facilities.

  • Currently Acting Manager of Mechanical Engineering for Water Pollution Control Division, a part of the SF PUC.
