Deregulation cause of energy crisis?

Maybe but the main cause is a shortage of electricity that cause the high energy bils and rolling blackouts
It is essential to pass MUD to create a local government agency to provide cheap and reliable energy and to protect our environment. As the only moderate in the race, I support conservation; closure Hunters Point power plant; abolish PUC and protect our environment. My grassroots campaign have the endorsements of local community leaders. As your next MUD Director, I promise no monkey business and my vote will not be for sale VOTE DAVY JONES
