Nonpartisan endorsements:

I've been endorsed by every mainstream (liberal, moderate or conservative) group that has endorsed in this race, both those that have endorsed MUD and those that have opposed it. These include:

  • Sierra Club
  • League of Conservation Voters
  • Foundation for a Sustainable Future
  • National Womens Political Caucus ("Recommendation"; "endorsements" are reserved for women).
  • Mexican American Political Association
  • Affordable Home Ownership Alliance
  • Log Cabin Club

Partisan support:

I've won broad support across San Francisco's four largest parties. Examples include:

Democrats: I left the Democratic party because I didn't want to be part of the corrupt local machine. Party rules forbid endorsing non-Democrats. However, one after another, all but one of the numerous Democratic clubs I've addressed have decided that if they can't endorse me, they won't endorse any candidate at all.

Greens: The San Francisco Green Party deadlocked between me and a second candidate.

Libertarian: I am recommended by the San Francisco Libertarian Party.

Republicans: I am endorsed by the San Francisco Republican party.
