Candidate for
Board Member; Los Altos School District

I have been privileged to be a board member of the #1 school district in California for the last four years. My wife and I have been residents of Los Altos for over 20 years. Since my first child entered kindergarten in 1985, I have always been involved in our school district, as a PTA member at Almond, as a Member of the Almond Site Council,as a board member and treasurer of Los Altos Educational Foundation,and presently, as a member of the Board of Trustees of Los Altos School District. My youngest daughter will be in the school district until 2006, when she graduates from 8th grade. I plan to be active in local school affairs for many years to come.

I am also involved as chairman of the El Camino Hospital Foundation, board mewmber of Community Health Awareness Council, member Rotary Club of San Jose, and long time involvement in coaching soccer, basketball and softball.
