In my time living here, I have found the town leaders to be not quite upfront and public with plans and projects they have deemed representative of the will of the residents of Discovery Bay.
For whatever reason, most folks cannot or will not attend town council meetings. That doesnt man that people here do not care about the future of this community. The town council, which meet virtually alone in meetings, then create ideas and concepts that end up going unnoticed and unchallenged by the community. This is because, while perhaps complient within the law, the public notices as required for change and implementation of plans are extremely discreet in thier placement and access. A vote for me will guarantee that you have knowledge about what is in the works for your community, and you will every opportunity possible to voice approval or objection before any plans become final.
