  • Occupation: Attorney, Valley Transportation Authority
  • I have lived in the Tri-City area since 1980.
  • Graduated from Irvington High School in 1987, Santa Clara University in 1991, and University of California, Hastings, 1995.
  • Married to Raquel Andrade-Torrico. We are the proud parents of Mateo, who turns one a few weeks after the election.
  • I have coached youth soccer since 1989. I have served as a mentor to young people since 1987.
