The main problem facing our District is crumbling infrastructure. As a City Hearing Officer, and practicing attorney for the past 12 years, solving problems has been my speciality.

The ballpark and the Chargers' ticket guarantee are examples of what is wrong with our city's priorities. Tax dollars should be used for essential services, not to subsidize private interests.

Cities with municipal power have assured and cheaper supplies. While we study the best way to ensure our power supply, we can immediately provide incentives for solar energy and conservation.

I want to work for you. I will make our tax dollars work for us.
