Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Neal B. Bronson

Candidate for
Judge; Court of Common Pleas; 6 Year Term

This information is provided by the candidate

We see a wide range of cases in the common pleas court. I think it is important to approach each case in an even-tempered and fair manner. That is what I have tried to do over the years. Regardless of an objective view, every litigant comes to court w/ the idea that their case is the most important, because to them, it is. I try to approach each case with that same importance. I finally believe that a judge must convey to everyone that comes into the courtroom that they are involved in a fair proceeding. This goes for parties, counsel, witnesses and jurors. I have tried to do that.
